HR Business Partner
My client, a global industry leader in Electronics is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner. Reporting into the HR VP EMEA, the ideal person will be a senior level, CIPD qualified HR BP used to operating within a fast paced, commercially focused business to business organisation.
Specific responsibilities will be to provide comprehensive and generalist HRBP support to all people based in the UK market, including all aspects HR support such as recruitment, talent management, L&D, career development, ER, OD and restructuring and employee engagement.
The ideal candidate will be a Chartered Member. At least 3 years at HR Business Partner level in a fast paced and highly commercial business. Have strong TUPE experience, strong generalist HR Background with a particular focus on ER, talent and employee engagement. Ideal sector experience will likely to be from Technology, Electronics or start-up.
