HR Advisor - Financial Services background
Our client is a renowned global insurance provider who are looking for Senior HR Advisor to join their team.
As the Senior HR Advisor you will provide full operational support to the team and work closely with the HR Business Partner on key areas such as Employee Relations, Performance, Succession Planning and Talent and Development. You will partner with key stakeholders to provide guidance and coaching on Employee Relation matters.
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- Experienced working as a HR Generalist
- Experienced in managing the full cycle of Employee Relations
- Experienced in a HR advisory role
- In depth understanding and up to date with relevant legislations
- Ability to communicate with staff at all levels
- A friendly, approachable and adaptable individual
- HR qualification or CIPD
