Reward and Compensation Manager
My client, a global IT Company based in West London is looking for a Reward and Pay Manager to manage all non-sales and sales commission payments. You will provide regular reporting, analysis and key support to Senior Management in calculating and managing the variable reward employees receive as a part of their compensation.
Key objectives will include developing and leading the structure, administration, reporting and analysis of variable reward across the business, driving administrative quality and consistency within the reward scheme and providing insight and analysis to senior management to drive performance and improve effectiveness of schemes.
