Working as part of a small team you will support the HR Advisors in all areas - especially focusing on recruitment.
Our client is a large, not for profit organisation with a long history in Kent. They are offering a rare opportunity to join them in this HR Assistant role which will give the successful candidate great exposure to all areas of HR.
This is a varied role covering all areas of HR Administration. You will support the recruitment process, arranging interviews, providing feedback and completing right to work and reference checks. In addition you will manage the organisation of training courses and will create personnel files for new starters.
You may have gained some HR Administration experience and be looking to develop this, or you may be looking to take your first step into an HR career. Either way you should be able to demonstrate a desire to learn and develop, as well as strong communication skills - both written and verbal as well as the ability to work well in a team.
Basic salary - £22,000
