HR Risk Specialist
An opportunity to join a leading business as an HR Risk Specialist on a permanent basis. Your role will be to develop, implement and monitor systems and processes to identify and mitigate risk within people management.
You will ensure that compliance within these processes provides an adequate control environment and that there are management and supervisory controls in place to ensure compliance, and to highlight control breakdown with appropriate root cause analysis, inadequacy of process and unexpected events.
You will be responsible for updating and maintaining the HR page on the company intranet, ensuring details on relevant policies and processes are presented and up to date. Maintaining and updating a database of contractual templates and other legal documents ensuring compliance of legislative requirements. Assess and recommend effective compliant record management practices are in place.
