An international, commercial law firm are looking to recruit a Recruitment Officer to help facilitate the end to end recruitment process both its business services and practice groups. This is an excellent opportunity for a Recruitment Assistant looking to make the next step in their in-house recruitment career.
You will work as a part of a supportive and dedicated HR function where you will manage the end to end recruitment process for lateral hires across the entire business as well as assisting the HR Officers and HR Manager with administration to their recruitment. You will help contribute to the firm's resourcing strategy in the London office.
This is an extremely busy and fast-paced role and the ability to multi-task and prioritise will be key to your success within this role. Experience of working within a fast-paced in-house recruitment environment would be desirable as well as the ability to show resilience when working under pressure and to tight deadlines is a must.
Candidate's will ideally come from a Professional Services environment and possess a strong desire to work within the legal services sector.
