HR Business Partner
An excellent 12 month contract is available in Bradford for a HR Business Partner to start in September. This is a great opportunity to work closely with senior management and be developed by a very knowledgeable and proactive HRD.
This organisation is a well known, International brand based in West Yorkshire, that has some Head Office functions, including HR, in Bradford and manufacturing sites across the UK.
As the HR Business Partner you will be responsible for the operational strategy and People Plan for your own business units. This will include, however will not be limited to, talent identification & pooling, change agendas, management development and the graduate/apprenticeship schemes.
The successful HR Business Partner will:
- have previously worked in a Business Partner role and have had involvement in shaping HR strategy - ESSENTIAL
- be a strong written and verbal communicator - ESSENTIAL
- have strong stakeholder management - ESSENTIAL
- be a team player - ESSENTIAL
- hold a coaching qualification - DESIRABLE
- be CIPD qualified or equivalent - DESIRABLE
This is a 12 month contract based in Bradford, to start in September paying up to £40,000 plus contract completion bonus
