Oakleaf Partnership are representing a global financial services organisation based in Canary Wharf. They are currently recruiting for a Remuneration and Regulatory expert to join the business. Our client is looking VP level.

Reporting into the Head of Compensation and Regs, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring best practice across the reward governance and regulatory landscape. The successful candidate will be a regulations expert with a full appreciation (and interest) in the constantly evolving requirements that a tier 1 investment bank must adhere to. This role will require in-depth regulations knowledge across the EMEA regions as well as a good understanding of US requirements.

Our client is looking for an individual who is well networked, has a clear passion for the regulatory space and someone who is fully up to speed with regulatory issues and debates. You will be a key figure in ensuring regulatory compliance, and a key contributor to the design and implementation of remuneration policy, processes and practices.

You will also be working closely with the broader reward function and internal stakeholders, and therefore the successful candidate will have a solid track record of developing strong stakeholder relationships whist navigating a fairly complex, matrix structure. You will also be a key point of contact for RemCo by supporting with writing RemCo documents, participating in meetings, discussions and recording.

For a confidential discussion regarding this position, please contact Jade at Oakleaf Partnership
