Tech Recruitment Specialist
Are you a commercial, switched-on and degree educated Recruiter with extensive technology recruiting experience looking to join an exciting and growing FinTech business with fabulous offices in central London?
My client, a growing and award-winning FinTech business with an exciting mission, is looking to recruit a Senior Recruiter with technology recruiting experience to drive sustainable growth in the technology team. The successful candidate will manage the full recruitment cycle for the technology team, from setting a strategy, approaching candidates and persuasively selling the company, to the efficient design of recruitment processes, negotiating, closing and on-boarding candidates. You will genuinely co-own the vision for the future state of technology and execute on the hiring plan, acting as a genuine thought partner to the hiring managers. You will bring deep knowledge of the market to hiring processes and decisions, to influence the talent roadmap and to optimise the company's ability to attract, hire and retain top-tier technology talent. The successful candidate will seek to improve all stages of the recruitment process in order to provide candidates with a highly positive experience of the organisation, whether successful or not. Highly detail-driven and versed in multi-tasking, you will be able to provide up-to-date reporting and metrics on multiple searches. You will effectively and creatively prioritise their hiring strategies and have the autonomy to test new recruitment techniques and their results will be highly effective in reducing agency spend.
A highly energetic and results-driven individual, this senior technology recruiter will have a deep breadth of knowledge about the skill-sets (and underlying technologies) relevant to the organisation's current and future technology stack. Entrepreneurial and hands-on, this person will thrive in a dynamic and ambitious environment, where the bar for hiring is set high. They will come up with creative and thoughtful ways to source rare and in demand skill-sets.
The incoming senior technical recruiter will have at least five years' experience in hiring technology skill-sets, whether from an in-house or an agency background. They will have a proven track-record in hiring at pace and maintaining a very high quality bar, hiring superb talent with not just the right technical skill-sets but also deeply cognisant of the need to achieve cultural fit. Whilst being on top of the latest recruiting trends and methods, the incoming senior technical recruiter will create a highly effective process. A strong communicator, this person will know how to influence at all levels of the organisation.
Please note - it is essential to have a university degree and a previous track record of recruiting for technology roles to apply for this role.
