A UK based insurance services business that has grown into a group of companies represented by 9 individual brands are looking to appoint a standalone generalist HR Manager that will split their time across their London and Essex office as well as travelling to other office locations when required. This is an excellent opportunity to work directly with the COO and CEO.
Within this role you will lead and deliver a HR operational service to the business where you will take ownership for everything from Employee Relations, Performance Management, Recruitment, Policies and Procedures as well as helping to look at more strategic HR support to the COO and CEO. You will also manage an L&D Office where you help implement and drive forward the training and development agenda.
This is an excellent opportunity for a HR professional looking to make more impact into a business. You will given the chance to influence key stakeholders whilst providing a quality HR service to the business.
