Interim Apprentice Manager
As part of the L&D team in the UK, you'll be responsible for supporting apprentices to reach their full potential. Overseeing and facilitating the entire training cycle, you'll liaise with subject matter experts internally, your L&D colleagues and the employees who are going through the training programmes. Continuously evaluating the training and results will allow you to make recommendations for improvements and also return on investment.
This job is interim to support some changes int he business. You must be able to demonstrate working on apprenticeship training programmes as part of a large matrix organisation.
Based in Huddersfield, temporary circa £160 per day.
