HR/Recruitment Coordinator£26,000 - £28,000West London An exciting opportunity has arisen for a HR/Recruitment Coordinator within a UK based broadcasting company. The role is to cover maternity for 6 months, and to start asap. As the HR/Recruitment Coordinator you will report into the Head of HR. The primary duty of the role will be to assist with the technical and non-technical recruitment. Other duties will include but are not limited to: Liaising closely with senior managers to understand recruitment needs and draft job descriptionsCreate and run recruitment campaignsAdvertise vacancies to relevant job boardsLiaise closely with preferred agenciesDesign interview questions and assessment day formatCoordinate and run interviews and assessment daysImplement and manage the company's ATSLiaise with the candidates in issuing of offers, contracts etc.Coordinate and deliver the inductionEnsure candidates are on-boarded efficiently and according to company valuesManage the employee exit processAssist the Head of HR with other HR projects As this is a dual role of HR and recruitment, you must have previous experience in both to be considered. other skills/experience required: Experience recruiting technical/engineering staff is idealPrevious ATS implementation experienceKnowledge of PeopleHR is an advantage You must be available immediately or on short notice to be considered for this role.
