HR Business Partner
A newly created opportunity is now available within a West-End based Financial Services business that specialises in Investment Management. The business has 160+ highly intelligent and professional staff and they are now looking for an experienced HRBP that can work across a generalist, hands on remit and really partner with the business.
The HR Business Partner will be to provide a first-class generalist HR provision to the business, partner with senior members of staff and Front Office, take a lead on recruitment from an operational point of view, work collaboratively with HR colleagues and help HR continue on its journey.
We are looking for candidates with a mixture of professional skills, experience and also personal attributes that will fit the businesses. Professionally candidates will have come from a Financial Services business and have an understanding of working in a small firm. It is essential that candidates have experience of partnering with a business and have a commercial approach, with a strong generalist background and experience of influencing, guiding and pushing back where appropriate.
Candidates will also need to have a range of softer skills and personal attributes to be successful in the role. These include confidence, resilience, being proactive, strong business acumen and commercial credibility, on point, able to successfully engage a diverse workforce and possess gravitas/presence. A degree and professional qualification are also required.
