Better Placed HR People are working with an exciting and fast growing business to recruit a HR Manager, based in Nottingham. This opportunity will see you partner with various areas of the business to deliver a highly effective HR service.
The role will be heavily involved in driving a high performance culture across the business with an emphasis on performance management issues and ER issues. You will have the opportunity to provide operational support with the management of Talent and Risk Succession Planning, this includes dealing with long term sickness cases and advising on appropriate case management etc. In addition, you will act as the HR lead for their management development programme which is run in association with a leading University.
You will be able to demonstrate a broad generalist HR Management background with expertise across ER, performance management and talent. You will have a strong business interest and commercial understanding, with the ability to build trusting relationships, multi task and have a structured, target driven approach.
