Our client is a growing wholesale company based in Yeovil, they are looking to add a HR Advisor to their existing HR team. This individual will ideally become the successor for the HR Business Partner in 2-3 years.
Our client is a growing wholesale business, this role is to be based on the Yeovil site.
As the HR Advisor for our wholesale client based in Yeovil you will be required to act as the first point of contact for all HR related queries, you will be responsible for a full generalist remit with a focus on updating and maintaining the HR Information System.
You will be required to provide effective advice and guidance to managers and employees on all HR policy and procedure whilst ensuring they are kept up to date and effective.
As the HR Advisor you will also have responsibility for the full induction process and will support on all talent activity.
The successful HR Advisor will have proven experience of providing pragmatic first line HR advice, you will have a generalist background and will be able to proactively identify and implement continuous improvement plans.
You will be a strong communicator and a self-starter who is comfortable working both autonomously and as part of a wider team.
A base salary between £30,000 - £35,000 + benefits.
