Working as part of a small but busy HR team, you will provide support and guidance to staff in all areas - including recruitment, ER and training & development.
Our client is a successful and well established professional services with a long history in Kent. They are now looking for a strong HR generalist to join their HR team in a role which will offer the successful candidate great development in a fantastic working environment.
As HR Advisor you will report to the HR Manager and will provide support in a wide range of areas. This will include providing advice to managers on issues such as absence, sickness and performance management as well as supporting recruitment and dealing with queries from employees. You will also work with managers to ensure there is relevant and cost effective training and development programmes in place and will suppliers and book courses as required.
This is a varied role which will also require strong administration skills as you will be dealing with administration relating to all aspects of the employee life-cycle.
In order to be considered for this HR Advisor role you will have gained some exposure to all areas of HR - including some advisory work. You will also ideally have gained experience in training and development and will have an understanding of how to source training courses.
This role would ideally suit an HR generalist looking to develop their Advisory skills - building on the knowledge gained in a previous role.
A CIPD qualification would be beneficial but not essential.
Basic salary - up to £30,000
