The prime focus of the role is the analysis of impacted teams and processes to determine remediation action required and process improvements that need to be implemented to maintain compliance.

This role is a 6 month assignment to analyse, shape and coordinate the activities required within the HR Organisation to ensure compliance with the upcoming EU General Data Protection Regulation legislation that comes into effect in May 2018.

The prime focus of the role is the analysis of impacted teams and processes to determine remediation action required and process improvements that need to be implemented to maintain compliance. There is an element of coordination required within a project management environment however this is not a dedicated Project Management role and support will be provided in this area as required.

Profile



This role would suit a flexible individual with a broad experience in operational HR management and project delivery. Key experience for this role includes experience of:

  • Business Analysis
  • Business Process Improvement
  • Data Analysis (HR specific)
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Operational HR Management
  • Project Management or project delivery activity coordination experience.
  • The successful applicant does not require any specific Data Protection experience as the role is more focused around working with the specialist Information Systems teams to execute delivery.
