Interim HR Shared Services Centre Consultant
Our client, based in Northamptonshire with c3,000 employees across the UK. & Ireland are looking for an experienced HR Service Centre professionla . They are looking for an experienced HR Shared Services specialist with hands on experience to lead on improving SSC processes and policies and procedures. You will work closely with stakeholders to highlight and implement improvements whilst supporting the current HR Services manager in a mentoring and development capacity. Working together you will improve the reputation and team capability of the SSC. Experience of working with SuccessFactors will be an advantage. This is a 6 month interim assigement.
