The HR Business Partner is responsible for providing HR advice and counsel to stakeholders, for translating business requirements into HR services, programs and initiatives, and for delivering HR services to an interntional stakeholder group. In addition, the organisation is going through significant change so you will be involved in strategic change work.Key Responsibilities include:Builds strong relationships and provides trusted advice to assigned managers on the full range of HR programs, such as: talent management, HR policies and processes; employee relations, employee reward and recognition.Support the implementation of Talent Management framework for assessing and developing organizational talent. Provides support for assigned managers in executing talent assessment and performance management processes.Work with compensation to review salary benchmark data. Reviews compensation recommendations.Monitor and review key workforce metrics to provides insights to stakeholders.Participate in HR cross-functional and technical projects as appropriate. The ideal candidate will have HRBP experience gained within a matrix, commercial organisation. Experience working internationally and with change projects is also highly desired.
