Client Details

  • Provide guidance on HR, employee relations and operational issues
  • Support, and provide assistance to managers in order to develop the skills to best support employees
  • Deliver and assist with the creation of training around key areas and methods of best practice
  • Assist with the recruitment processes whilst maintaining a high level of service.
  • Be competent using HR systems and ensuring that these systems and employee records are accurate
  • Remain up-to-date on any changes in relevant legislation
  • Input to the continuous improvement of HR systems, policies and procedures
  • Be involved in project work as well as day to day generalist HR duties


  • Previous experience within a similar HR role
  • Have a sound knowledge of HR Policies and procedures
  • Be competent using HR systems
  • Be working towards CIPD qualification, although you may be QBE
  • Have experience in providing advice to senior stakeholders
  • Be a real team player with a positive outlook
  • Be resilient and have strong influencing skills
  • Be highly organised, and able to prioritise workload
  • Be able to manage own workload whilst carrying out tasks that will support the senior members of the team
  • Have a high level of professionalism with good communication skills, both oral and written
