An excellent opportunity has arisen for an L&D Partner to join a large leading commercial organisation based in central Essex.

Its working for a fantastic organisation who have a strong HR & L&D team and the role offers the opportunity to work with a great Manager and mentor in a newly created role.

Its a full 360 learning and development role and will involve, design, delivery, consultancy and project management. The role requires a candidate who is exceptionally well organised and who has strong stakeholder management skills and who has a flexible approach to their work and enjoys a varied role.

Key deliverables will include;

Development and delivery (either directly or via third parties) of the management and leadership program
Talent management and succession planning in conjunction with HRBP's
Developing a strong learning framework and working with key providers to facilitate delivery
Leading on and delivering key projects and taking responsibility for project plans and time lines
Delivery of some training both face to face and utilising technology

Skills and experience required for this role include;

Current experience working in a Learning & Development role within a large commercial organisation
Strong communications (both written and oral).
Strong client service, interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Excellent organisational skills.
Proven stakeholder management skills
Proven ability to perform in a fast-paced environment and with minimal supervision.
