Apprenticeship Manager£180 - £210 per dayWest Yorkshire My client are a global Swiss biotechnology business. Due to a current restructure of the HR department, they require an Apprenticeship Manager to join the business on an initial 6 month interim basis. The Apprenticeship Manager will be based on-site in West Yorkshire, and reports into the Head of Learning and Development. Key duties will include but are not limited to: Liaise and work closely with relevant schools and collegesRecruit apprenticesManage the on-site apprenticeship programmeDesign, develop and deliver new apprenticeship programme to meet business needsCarry out training analysisBusiness partner with site managersOngoing management and development of all apprenticesArrange/manage site placements for studentsCommunity networking to ensure brand attractionManaging budget Key skills and experience needed: Previous apprenticeship experienceUnderstanding of programme structureKnowledge of L+D, and facilitation tools and techniquesPrevious experience within an engineering/manufacturing environment would be desiredUnderstanding/experience on apprenticeship frameworks in a process driven environmentPrevious line management experienceAbility to coach and trainAbility to build relationships, collaborate and influence schools/colleges As this is an interim role, you must be available immediately to apply.
