Oakleaf Partnership are currently working with a large national charity who are looking to appoint a Learning Advisor to join them on an interim basis to cover an internal secondment for 6 months. As Learning Advisor you will support and enable innovation in learning design approaches across the organisations' learning portfolio and build capability in the Learning and OD community to maximise the use of innovative learning approaches.

Main Responsibilities

Develop Learning and Development Interventions

Deveop new digital and new media learning techniques

Take forward and build on the work already in place around career development

Take forward a review and refresh of the volunteer management programme which is designed for first line managers who are responsible for managing volunteers

Work with the Learning manager to take forward a programme of 'management skills' in bite-size chunks of learning

To be successful for this position you should have proven experience within learning and development and strong project management skills. You should have an interest in the charity sector and the ability to be adaptable. You should be confident facilitating and presenting to groups and ability to prepare and present reports where required.
