Our client is a well established Global Media business who are seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to be the first point of contact for employees on all payroll and benefits related queries, manage the relationship with the payroll partner and benefits providers.

key responsibilities:

  • Work closely with ADP in ensuring full and accurate payment for employees and external bodies
  • Ensure all payments are processed correctly and are compliant with internal policies
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external payroll provider
  • Implement and administer all benefit schemes
  • Prepare and distribute information to employees when required
  • To be the main point of contact for payroll queries
  • Process all payroll reporting and reconciliation for the business
  • Providing ad-hoc reports when required
  • Conduct regualr reviews of current payroll processes and implement change where appropriate

Requirements:

  • Experience with ADP
  • High attention to detail
  • Accurate and timely reporting
  • Strong Excel skills including manipulation and interrogation of data
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong experience in statistical reporting and analysis
