A permanent Reward Manager is required for a distribution business in the Harrogate and North Yorkshire region, paying up to £57,000 plus benefits this is an excellent opportunity as this will be the first reward role in the region.
A large retail distribution business that has depots and offices across the UK. A recent restructure has highlighted the necessity for a Reward Manager in the Harrogate area and so this is a great opportunity to join a progressive organisation that is looking to enhance its EVP.
As the Reward Manager you will be responsible for managing and negotiating all 3rd party agreements, as well as developing the whole reward and benefits strategy. You will work closely with Senior Management to enhance the salary review process as well as looking at other value add opportunities. You will also have one direct report to coach, mentor and develop.
The successful Reward Manager will:
- have previously worked in a 360 reward position delivering reward strategies - ESSENTIAL
- be a strong written and verbal communicator - ESSENTIAL
- enjoy working in a busy team environment - ESSENTIAL
- previously used job evaluation methodology - DESIRABLE
