Our client is looking for a commercially driven and passionate HR Business Partner to join the organisation through an exciting period of growth and change. The HR Business Partner reports to the HR & Corporate Manager and is responsible for managing the day to day HR function and associated reporting. Key responsibilities will include:

To deliver a comprehensive HR service to the business.
Operate the HR function on a continuous improvement basis, incorporating policy review and amendment as appropriate.
Proactively advise Senior Leadership Team (SLT) on best HR practice.
Manage Employee Relations, including managing absence, employee disciplinary, grievances and sickness, challenging where appropriate while maintaining a legal and commercial view and successful relationships with all parties.
Measuring employee satisfaction and well being, identifying areas that require improvement and taking ownership of any associated change strategy.
Maintain the company intranet site across all areas of HR including but not limited to vacation requests, location/whereabouts schedule, HR process and policies, agency time sheets and mandatory reading
Interface with Finance on all employee payroll matters, act as delegate for payroll matters in the absence of Financial Controller.
Review on an annual basis the Employee Benefits providers and ensure the company is operating on a best in class/value delivery across such providers, switching as appropriate to the needs of the business.
Secure annual market intelligence data and undertake a review of the marketplace vs. the organisation. Prepare recommendation paper for approval.

The successful candidate will have an excellent generalist HR background, acting as a business partner to the organisations where you have worked. You will be results orientated and delivery focused and willing to get involved in detail. You will be passionate about HR, demonstrating a collaborative work ethic and the ability to both coach and influence stakeholders. CIPD qualified, you will also demonstrate excellent commercial acumen and the ability to think strategically and manage projects through to completion.
