HR/Recruitment Coordinator

£26,000 - £28,000

East London - will be required to travel to different London-based sites on a weekly basis

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a HR/Recruitment Coordinator within a UK based broadcasting company. The role is to cover maternity for 6 months, and to start asap. As the HR/Recruitment Coordinator you will report into the Head of HR.

The primary duty of the role will be to assist with the technical and non-technical recruitment. Other duties will include but are not limited to:

Liaising closely with senior managers to understand recruitment needs and draft job descriptions

Create and run recruitment campaigns

Advertise vacancies to relevant job boards

Liaise closely with preferred agencies

Design interview questions and assessment day format

Coordinate and run interviews and assessment days

Implement and manage the company's ATS

Liaise with the candidates in issuing of offers, contracts etc.

Coordinate and deliver the induction

Ensure candidates are on-boarded efficiently and according to company values

Manage the employee exit process

Assist the Head of HR with other HR projects

As this is a dual role of HR and recruitment, you must have previous experience in both to be considered. other skills/experience required:

Experience recruiting technical/engineering staff is ideal

Previous ATS implementation experience

Knowledge of PeopleHR is an advantage

You must be available immediately or on short notice to be considered for this role.
