EMEA Payroll Manager £50k to £55k + Bonus & Bens - Bedford

An international Financial Services firm based in the heart of Bedford seek an experienced EMEA Payroll Manager to come in and be the lead on their UK and EMEA payroll offering.

Reporting directly into the Head of HR Operations you will be the subject matter expert for all payroll related questions and queries and manage a team of 3.

The role on offer is as follows:

Provide a comprehensive and professional payroll service to all employees across the UK and 10 countries across EMEA

Manage a team of 3 Payroll Specialists

Be the subject matter expert for all payroll related questions and queries

Run the in-house payroll for the UK and EMEA countries

Upload monthly pensions data

Deal with the HMRC

Produce year end data: P60's and P11D's etc.

Support Benefits processing: Pensions, BUPA, Life Assurance, STL and Gym

Liaise with HR, Finance and Senior Stakeholders

Monthly reporting

Other desirable skills:

Experience with various payroll related projects including: Payroll consolidation, streamline systems and procedures

EMEA experience

Strong Excel and Sage experience

Tax experience and exposure

Ideally have worked in Financial or Professional Services

Strong communication skills

Positive attitude
