HR Administrator- 3 month FTC
Currently recruiting a HR Administrator for a 3 month contract. Based in Gourock, Glasgow within Logistics.
Well known logistics business.
- Shift Change requests
- Generate reports (absence, office swipes, time off task)
- Process general HR administration queries such as wage queries, shift changes, benefits, etc.
- Conduct administrative duties related to an Associate RTW
- Prepare for meetings and send appointment reminders
- Handle general policy and process questions
- Manage HR Mail box
- Attend Flow Meetings
- Support non complex attendance and adapt disciplinary cases
- Conduct Meet & Greet and conversion induction
- Set up New starters
- Minimum one years in administration
- Microsoft Office package
- Keeping up-to-date files and records
- Knowledge of the setting up and maintaining of spreadsheets
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work with the minimum of supervision
- Team working
- Immediately available or available at short notice
- Available to work Wed to Sat
