A leading business advisory and insurance brokerage client is looking for an interim Project Manager to focus on their global HR organisation.

As a result of recent global business integration and firmwide transformation programme, the HR PMO team is working to deliver to specific organisational and operational projects by the end of 2018. To assist with this, an experienced project manager with exposure to HR change is needed to work with the stakeholder population (Global HRDs), scoping the change necessary and putting together both the overall approach and a detailed plan which will evaluate the current work, processes and structures. The PM will drive activities that enable and promote the implementation of Senior Manager Regime change in the UK and additionally will support with the project management of local and global reward programmes. You will be responsible for tracking, monitoring and reporting on the projects throughout their life span.


Solid technical experience and track record in global project management, ideally an HR background

Experience of SMCR implementation and / or post merger intergration / transformation would be especially useful

The ability to influence and drive consensus through the HRD population

Flexibility to travel if needs be (although unlikely frequently)
