Oakleaf Partnership are currently working with an international charity who are looking to an experienced recruitment coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis. This position will work as part of the recruitment team to provide high quality service, attraction and assessment design, and recruitment delivery across the spectrum of worker types. The recruitment team consists of 3 advisors who work closely with HR colleagues, particularly HR Business Partners and Advisors. Main ResponsibilitiesProactively support assigned business areas by designing appropriate attraction and assessment plans for upcoming hiring needs; personally undertaking sourcing, assessment support and design, offer and contract management on high volume recruitment needs, generally working with volumes of approx. 20 - 40 active roles at any given time.Provide advice, support, and coordination relating to recruitment across the organization and to internal and external candidates, and act as first point of contact to queries directed at the team, providing basic information, signposting, or directing queries appropriately to other members of the Recruitment or wider ODHR team for resolution; Work to ensure timely and high quality hiring exercises are undertaken across all worker types (staff, volunteers, interns and agency temps). Provide an exemplary candidate experience to all prospective and actual applicants throughout the hiring life cycle To be successful for this position you should have 3 years expeirence working as a recruitment coordinator in a complex, multi site, matrix organisation for a number of years. You should have proven experience managing a high volume of vacancies in addition to leading successful hiring into complex roles.
