Interim Workday Lead (Compensation) - 6 to 12 months - £450 to £600 p/d - London
My global client are currently recruiting for a Workday Lead for the compensation module to join their programme team on a large implemenatation programme.
This role will require the incumbent to form and lead a team of representative SMEs from across the company to gather their input, drive project milestones, and to enable a successful go live. You will be the primary point of contact to ensure all requirements are documented and configured correctly. You must pro-actively gather and review all data required for Workday submissions, drive standardisation and simplification with the SMEs to work collaboratively with the wider Workday programe team to ensure that all dependencies are effectively communicated. Create and maintain all end to end process flows Engage with the SME and training team to ensure training collateral is effective. Oversee testing approach for workstream and ensure sign off from SMEs Workday compensation experience.
