Senior Reward Analyst
I am working exclusively with a leading global online technology business on a new opportunity for a Senior Reward Analyst to join them. The business have seen sustained growth over the last few years and are regularly viewed as a top employer to work for with the innovative incentives and career development programmes - this Senior Reward Analyst opportunity will be initially be a 6 month FTC.
Communication will be a key part to this Senior Reward Analyst role and day to day you will be making compensation recommendations and supporting with recruitment offer decisions, providing market benchmarking, building salary ranges and keeping on top of market changes. You will be analysing benefits and data gathering to support across locations, working on planning and rolling out a benefits platform globally as well as supporting new and on-going global benefits and well-being projects.
I am looking to speak to Reward Analysts with previous experience of working in fast-paced, fast growth and dynamic environments and who are keen to get involved in projects and building and developing new programmes. You will have previous experience of analysing reward data and building pay ranges and will have a passion and drive to learn and develop.
