HR Business Partner
Oakleaf Partnership are currently working with a well-known public body who are looking to appoint two HRBPs on a permanent and 12 month FTC basis.The HR Business Partner will be working closely with their centres of excellence and in partnership with the organisational development team to anticipate, respond and resolve HR issues. You be will working directly with senior managers and managers to make sure the HR service that they are providing delivers the right support for the wider organisation.
Their HR business partners need to build great relationships with the managers they support - really understanding the issues their area of the organisation faces. You'll also be proactive in identifying potential issues before they arise. So you'll be comfortable with questioning the way things are, and confident in recommending how they could be improved. You'll be able to approach problems with an open mind, using innovative ideas and creative thinking to get the best results.
You'll need to become a trusted and credible partner for managers - really integrating yourself with their team, and being someone they fully involve in their people decisions. Central to everything is your ability to communicate - with managers, employees and the HR&OD team - to ensure they are delivering an outstanding HR service.You will be supporting a number of the client groups and need to have the ability to flex your approach depending on needs of the business unit.
