With circa 100 headcount for the Lincolnshire site, this role will be responsible for all HR activities. A fully generalist offering, it will include but not limited to; all employee relations, absence, performance, coaching and I up skilling managers. This opportunity will also give you exposure to a range of projects such as engagement and training. Reporting to the Site General Manager, you will have great autonomy to ensure an efficient and effective HR service is delivered to the site in Lincolnshire. Also worth noting, due to the growth and demand of the organisation, you will also provide support to the wider business from a HR perspective.

To be successful for the role, you must have previous HR experience in a manufacturing environment at Senior advisor or manager level. The organisation is unionised so previous experience working and maintaining these relationships are key. CIPD is not essential but is desirable. You must be able/ comfortable working in a stand alone position to take over responsibility for the site. Also, the business is growing and therefore you must be flexible as from time to time you may be required to provide additional support for other locations.
