Senior Compensation Manager
We are partnering with a leading FTSE250 organisation on a newly created permanent Senior Compensation Manager position. This role reports into the newly appointed Group Reward Director and be part of defining the new Reward Strategy; including developing policies and processes. You will be responsible for leading the Annual Pay Review, bonus and incentive payments, benchmarking as well as supporting and taking the lead on a number of upcoming projects.
The successful candidate will have experience in a similar analytical Compensation/Reward capacity. You will have exceptional Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookups) and comfortable with high volumes of data as well as comfortable with senior stakeholder engagement.
