We are partnering with a prestigious organisation in the West End on a Reward Manager position. Reporting into the newly appointed HR Director, you will own the Reward agenda for this organisation of approximately 400 employees. You will have a broad remit; cyclical compensation activities including preparation of Remco papers, Benefits agenda, systems, pensions and payroll oversight. You will also have 2 direct reports.
The successful candidate will have a strong analytical background in a specialist Reward or Compensation capacity; ideally from a similar complex organisation. You will be comfortable presenting to the board as well as getting into the nitty gritty of an Excel spreadsheet. You will be energetic, innovative and enjoy bringing your Reward expertise to the table.
