HR Business Partner - Maternity Cover
We are currently recruiting for an interim HRBP to join our client for a fixed term contract for 12 months to cover maternity. Reporting to the HR Director but working closely with the Director of Operations your will offer full generalist support to c150 people.
Suitable candidates must have a strong background working within a corporate environment and must be available to start in the next 2-3 weeks.
Day to day activities:
• HR business advisory;
• ER case management;
• HR policy development;
• Internal and external recruitment;
• Management of recognition scheme;
• Managing HR projects such as:
Year end processes
Pay review and bonus pay-out
Talent and succession planning
• Responding to ad hoc queries;
• Delivery of training;
