HR Manager (generalist)
An entrepreneurial, boutique financial services business based in Watford, Hertfordshire, has a new requirement for an HR Manager / Generalist to join them on a 12 month contract basis. Working as part of the small HR team, this role will have responsibility for:
- Managing operational HR for a UK client group of circa 200, including ER case management and HR policy advice.
- Management of the entire HR calendar, including year end processes, pay and bonus reviews and talent / succession planning
- Managing relationships with third party providers, including recruitment agencies and benefits providers.
- Delivering ad-hoc training, when required
- Management of ER cases - including provision of HR policy and employment law advice to Heads of business.
The successful candidate must have experience of the above from within another boutique / operational environment previously - ideally from within another financial or professional services environment, however other sectors may be considered. Candidates must be available at short notice as this role requires an October start.
