A sizeable employer of choice are looking to attract a Head of HR Analytics in to the Organisation.
Role based out of the North West, involving some national travel. Salary to £110k plus excellent benefits.
About the Role
The Head of HR Analytics will be brought in to assist as the Organisation go through a sizeable transformation period.
A key role in a Company wide culture change, the Head of HR Analytics will ensure that hr data is at the heart of strategic decision making.
The role will involve a review of current technologies used in order to plan and ensure future people analytics data is effective and robust. The goal is to create predictive HR metrics as opposed to descriptive.
Leading a team and collaborating across the Business, the Head of HR Analytics will deliver an invaluable service to support the people strategy.
With a strong understanding of relating HR data to commercial strategies, the Head of HR Analytics will be a technical specialist with a client facing outlook who finds it natural to relay complex data into simple, commercial terms. You will have led, developed and driven teams previously to gain an excellent reputation within a Business. Your knowledge of web based and predictive analytics will be up to date as will be your usage of reporting tool kits.
