Senior Recruiters (Tech / Sales) - £250pd - £350pd - London

We are currently working on a number of live and pipelined, senior Recruiter opportunities on a contract basis. These are based onsite with exciting clients across the SaaS and Consulting industry, they range from hyper-growth start-ups to established global names.

If you're currently out of assignment, or coming to the end of your current contract and have extensive experience hiring sales and/or tech / digital / software professionals from a junior to senior level, we want to hear from you!

PLEASE NOTE: These contracts range from 3 - 6 months initially and are all based in central London (some agile working)

Senior Recruiters (Tech / Sales) - £250pd - £350pd - London - Job Role

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Full end-to-end delivery of directly-sourced, Sales and/or Technology hires across a business' live portfolio of projects both in the UK and EMEA
  • Quickly understanding the commercial drivers behind the business' hiring demands and building lasting relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Having become a trusted advisor, extensive pipelining activity to support future projects
  • Wider project work within the Recruitment function as required/applicable

Senior Recruiters (Tech / Sales) - £250pd - £350pd - London - Key Skills

  • Extensive 360, direct-sourcing-led recruitment experience (inhouse) is essential
  • Experience in a high-growth, start-up environment would be highly beneficial
  • Demonstrable and substantial success in hiring Sales and or Technology professionals, in specialist roles
  • Impeccable relationship building skills - getting on the phone and getting buy-in from candidates and stakeholders alike
  • The ability to educate and guide hiring managers on process and strategy
  • The ability to work at pace and autonomously
