ResponsibilitiesManage end to end recruitment process for both university and intern hiring ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experienceCollaborate with hiring manager to understand hiring needs and goals, and to develop, implement, and execute a custom hiring strategyIdentify and engage unique and/or passive candidates through creative sourcing techniquesDrive offer process - including extending offers, closing candidates, generating offer lettersFoster relationships with key stakeholders at targeted universitiesRegularly manage pipeline activity and maintain data integrity, and proactively share data-centric updates with internal stakeholdersAct as an internally and externally-facing representative of the organisationEstablish and maintain meaningful relationships with management and key cross-functional stakeholders internally (e.g. Recruiting, HR, Compensation, and Diversity teams)EducationProven recruitment experience, University / Graduate Recruiting experience preferredExcellent communication skillsAbility to work cross-functionallyConsultative qualities and interpersonal skills with ability to communicate across all levels of the organization as well as externallyStrong attention to detail and ability to multi-taskWillingness to work flexible hours as neededAbility to travel during peak recruiting cycles
