This is an amazing opportunity for a Recruitment Manager to go in house and work for this expanding Private Healthcare Company based in Central London. They are going through an exciting period of expansion so you would be joining a growing team where you will report directly to the Managing Director.
The role will be to lead the Recruitment team to design creative sourcing strategies to recruit top talent and the main accountabilities will include:
*Understand the full recruiting cycle and can build strategies to improve the hiring process.
*Develop and maintain positive relationships with all clients
*Coordinate Recruitment Assessment days
*Organise and conduct interviews with prospective employees
*Coordinate and deal with recruitment and selection administration
*Assist Head of HR with development and implementation of policy and procedures on staff recruitment
*Identify new opportunities for business development
Skills and Experience
*Up to date with legal and other HR developments in regards to recruitment
*Degree level education or equivalent
*Creative and practical
*Excellent analytical skills
