I am working with a global accountancy firm, with an excellent industry reputation. They have a vacancy within their HR department for an HR Advisor. This diverse role is brand new to the business - evidencing great investment into the function - and will sit within the HR management team, acting as a support to senior HR managers on generalist HR issues.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading informal ER issues e.g. Performance, grievance and disciplinary)
- Advising on HR policy and process as well as coordinating transfers with the global mobility team
- Responsible for up to 1000 employees within the business, focussing on 2 major business streams
- Resolving people issues, whilst taking a commercial stance and escalating issues where necessary
You must be of graduate calibre (or equivalent) and ideally be CIPD qualified. Only applications from candidates who have spent time in a financial or professional services environment (i.e. law firm, accountancy firm, insurance firm) will be considered and strong experience within employee relations will be favoured.
