Head of Human Resources
My client, a prestigious and highly respected not-for-profit organisation now requires a Head of Human Resources to join them on a permanent basis. As Head of Human Resources and a full member of the Management Team, you will share corporate accountability for the overall management of the organisation and the achievement of its strategic aims. Operating as both strategic partner and trusted adviser to senior management and as leader of the HR and Development team, you will be responsible for supporting the Charity to develop the capacity and capability of its nationally dispersed workforce. Educated to degree level and with post graduate CIPD membership/qualification (or equivalent), you will be an experienced leader and HR Generalist with proven experience of providing sound leadership and advice across a broad range of complex people issues, including employment law, compensation, organisational planning and development, employee engagement, change management and employee relations. You will also possess proven experience of managing relationships with key stakeholders in a complex environment, including negotiating with and influencing executive teams, Trustees and highly skilled professional stakeholders and a thorough knowledge of business processes, including project planning, financial analysis, risk management and budget planning.
