HR Project Manager
I am working with a fantastic global grand in helping them recruit the newly created role of HR Project Manager. This role has come about as a result of huge transformation from both a HR and business wide perspective. The business has seen a real shift in the HR operating model and HR is now at the forefront of the business and expected to help carve an even more successful future for both employees and brand.
This role will sit as part of a team of 3 and responsible for managing end to end HR projects as part of this huge change. Examples of type of projects include talent attraction, on-boarding, embedding and integration of new systems.
The culture of this business has been described as transformational, entrepreneurial, fast paced and flexible. This successful applicant for this position will report directly in the HR Director who is based in the US, and work alongside one other Project Manager who too is based in the States. That in mind, the role requires someone who a self-starter and an independent worker, who is also available for some occasional travel (10-15%).
The ideal applicant will have a background in HR, from both a theory and practical perspective, who also has extensive end to end project management experience. You will be confident in knowing project management tactic and logistics, good with managing multiple stakeholders with varying needs and requirements and able to influence authority.
To summaries, you need to demonstrate the following to be considered:
- A background in HR – both theory and practical experience
- End to end project (including HR) management experience
- Prince 2 Qualification (ideally)
- Experience working globally
- Experience working in fast paced, transformational environment
- Self starter and able to work independently but part of a wider team
- Comfortable with ambiguity, change and the need for adaptability
