Learning & Development Co-ordinator
Based in Birmingham
Interim Contract - £100 - £125 Per day

My client is looking for an interim L&D Co-ordinator to join their team on an interim bases based in Birmingham.

Key responsibilities:

* Learning & Development arrangements e.g. booking rooms/send invites/arrange lunch.
* Co-ordinating learning evaluations, monitoring, and analyse feedback for the team.
* Support the administration of Apprenticeships, Graduate and Princes Trust programmes.
* Set up systems and processes to ensure efficient running of the department.
* Using own initiative to respond to training queries and sign post to relevant resources.
* Organise events as needed and help with the set up.
* Assist in the sourcing of training providers.
* Assist with the management of the Learning & Development representatives and engagement teams.
* General ad-hoc administration duties as required.

What skills we are looking for:

* Experience of being in a similar professional co-ordinating role
* A good understanding of the L&D function.
* Experienced of working with HR systems or Learning Management Systems.
* Working towards a CIDP qualification or hold a certificate in Learning & Development practice would be an advantage.
* Proven ability to communicate across all levels.
