HR Advisor
Negotiable on Experience

Our UK Wide professional services client is looking to expand their HR team on a permanent basis. There is an immediate role available in their City Centre located office in Birmingham.

The role:
* Providing operational HR advice and support to all Line Managers.
* Dealing with grievances and sickness / absence reviews
* Handling absence management queries, as well as liaising with Occupational Health
* Providing face to face and over the phone HR advice for various HR queries ranging from disciplinary, grievances, absence and performance management.
* Using advanced Excel skills (pivot tables and vlookups) to manipulate data and generate reports for senior management team
* Dealing with exit interviews and recruitment compliance

What we are looking for?

* Previous experience in an HR Advisory role
* Must have excellent MS Excel skills
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure
* Previous experience working for a professional services business essential
* CIPD qualified or equivalent would be an advantage
