Short overview of role:
- Managing the monthly payrollfrom start to finish
- Work in collaboration with the HR Operations team
- Administering the day to day duties for monthly UK payroll from start to finish including starters, leavers SSP, SMP, SPP etc.
- Ensuring all day to day payroll tasks are completed in line with payroll processing timetable and controls
- Month end and year end process and reporting, including P11 and P60
- Auto-enrolment and pension management
- Managing the administration for UK employee benefits which includes flexible benefits.
- End process reporting for UK benefits providers
- Develop and maintain relationships with benefits and pensions providers
- Providing high quality service and assistance to our UK employees and pensioners
