TECHNOLOGY LEAD - TALENT MANAGEMENT, RECRUITMENT, EVP AND COMMS
Our client, a leading global digital brand, is looking to recruit a Talent Management, Recruitment and Development lead to front their technology arm of the business.
The successful candidate will be well versed in working in tech businesses, ideally a mixture of start-ups and larger corporations and will be able to lead on the HR strategy for the technology side of this business. This will include how they shape their recruitment of tech staff, their EVP and branding as well as internal comms.
- Work with the new CEO and HR team to overhaul the way in which they manage the technology function.
- Devise a strategy around events and hiring and how to source the best Tech talent.
- Work on their EVP and storytelling to entice tech people into the business
- Look at culture, talent and comms and create the strategy around this.
- Must have worked in a technology business and be able to bring ideas to the table for their tech business.
- Talent management, succession planning and resource and workforce planning.
- Organisational change management
- HR systems knowledge
- Organisational design
